Can I bring the food from my house?

Food from outside is prohibited. We have inhouse kitchen and we prepared diet as per patient’s need.

Our pharmacy provides all the medicines for Inpatient. Further due to infection control standards the hospital does not allow the outside consumables within the hospital.

Yes, the patient can make a call from his room and the charges would be added in the final bill. It is on demand service.

How do I get my Discharge summary? |

After final settlement you will be given, then you will get discharge summary.

Do I stay with my patient in ICU? |

No, sorry you can not stay with your patient in ICU. It is strictly prohibited. We have arrangement that you can meet your patient in ICU twice a day.

Yes, we have Medical Help Desk - Extn: 1901. This desk provides all necessary support to the Mediclaim and corporate patients.

How should one reserve an OT? |

Patient don’t have to bother about reserve the OT. The treating Doctor has to reserve the OT for the patient

Can the room be retained, if the patient is shifted to ICU? |
