Home lOur Servicesl Admission & Accommodation             The registration & admission department is responsible for the hassle free registration and admission of patients into their desired wards. As this department is one of the few with whom the patient and their relatives interact first in     the hospital, the procedure to be followed in this department is kept as smooth as possible.     Once the patient comes in the hospital, a registration form is to be filled in with all the required documents. The system generates a unique registration number based on which each patient’s medical history is archived in the hospital.  If the patient’s admission is planned then they need to submit the Doctor’s referral note that contains details about patient’s ailment, admission deposits to be taken or initial medication to be started after admission. Registration & admission department works round the clock.
