Insurance coverage being one of the most critical issues for patients and their relatives, Sterling Hospital provides all the necessary support to the patients for easy, hassle free & fast procedures.
 
  For cashless service patient needs to produce ID card issued by the TPA (Third Party Authority) in both planned and unplanned admissions.

 
     
 
In case of planned admissions, patient has to intimate TPA prior to hospitalization. An authorization letter for covered services as per the policy terms and conditions is issued by the TPA. As per the agreement, the hospital will provide treatment for the covered services. At the time of discharge, patient needs to submit the claim form.

For unplanned admissions, based on the ID card, hospital authorities will forward the request letter to TPA within 24 hrs of hospitalization. An authorization letter will be issued by the TPA as per the terms and conditions and treatment will be provided for the covered services.
 
   
   
  The 24-hours pharmacy is located in the basement. We do not allow purchase of medicines / disposables or any thing related to treatment from outside.  The pharmacy is in the basement  (Ext. No. 1022 / 1023) and it is compulsory for all in-patients to procure medicines / disposables from here.
